8. On the 6th October John S, John B and myself travelled to Rosie, Brian Reed’s widow to present her with a garden bench made by members of the Shed in memory of his life. We were made very welcome and enjoyed a cup of tea whilst chatting about Brian and life in general. Rosie was very pleased with the lasting reminder of Brian’s life.

John S reminded her that she would always be welcome to pop in for a chat and a cup of tea whenever she was in the neighbourhood. Here we have Rosie enjoying the bench, which she says she will enjoy greatly during the summer months.
