WMS Monthly BBQ

1. Please note that we have, up to now, managed to cover the costs of our monthly BBQ get together through our membership fees. After discussion at the last Committee meeting, it was agreed that this monthly event is very important, enabling all members to get together socially and should remain part of the WMS programme of events. However, with the monthly costs of food rising through inflation, it was proposed and agreed at the meeting that a nominal charge of £1:00 per head be charged for our future monthly BBQ’s. An honesty box will be available at the BBQ. We don’t intend to go around asking for the £1:00 but hope you will agree that this is a worthwhile answer in keeping the BBQ.
