5. Relocation update. We are currently awaiting HBC to decide whether the new site is feasible and they require a utility survey. At time of going to print we were waiting the outcome. They are also obtaining quotes for fencing and installation of a toilet ahead of this. Because we are unsure of the future, the Committee are unable to apply for any charity grants, as a requirement of a grant application is a project. We are unable to provide a project, as we don’t know where our future location will be.

6. WMS has been picked as a chosen charity by Bere Grove Care home in Horndean near Keydells Nursery. They have a gardening club for the residents and have asked for a donation box to in their meeting room. Thanks to the skills of members we now have the box and are planning a visit to their home or hosting them at WMS. Watch out for an email for further details.

5. Almost everybody owns a mobile phone these days but how many can boast such a quality mobile phone holder. A member made these recently. There must have been more work gone in to the making of the holder than the production of the actual mobile phone. Lovely works of art though.

6. It is nice to see some colour in the recreation area with the flowers. Thanks to all concerned for providing plants and planting

7. You would have now received an email containing details of the lottery. Please give it some thought about joining up as it can only benefit us as a chosen charity
