7. Another project that recently completed was the making of two planters for Padnell School. John S spent some time in the workshop using his skills with materials donated by Surefix Cowplain for which the Shed are very grateful.

This will help the school with their Morrison’s ‘Seeds of Hope’ initiative growing sunflowers and perhaps some vegetables. You never know the odd carrot or leek may arrive at the Shed some time in the future. This is a great example of a community and our neighbours working together.

Here are three young gardeners standing by their planters ready to start growing produce and flowers.
